Luna-Yoga® is a renewed old system of body work or rather body art containing elements from yoga, ayurveda, Laban school, acupuncture, traditional movements from different tribes of the world, Aviva Steiners dances and the newest findings of psychosomatic medicine.
Looking at the symbol, the tree, one finds the roots in old Indian philosophy, the stem is Aviva Steiners method of inducing menstruation or ovulation, the branches grew during my different trainings in body work all over the world, twigs grew when visiting tribes on our planet, leaves grow whenever I add the newest research on body-mind-connections, flowers come in the classes I teach and the fruits are taken home by the participants.
Luna-Yoga® is done in a gentle way, it is a method of keeping oneself healthy and well, experiencing the joy of life through body movements and postures. It does contain a set of special exercises to harmonize the female cycles. This strong medicine can induce ovulation or menstruation.
